4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for products listed on our website are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. All sales tax applicable will be calculated at the time of checkout using a third-party sales tax calculator. Payment for orders placed through our website must be made using one of the accepted payment methods listed at the time of checkout.

5. Fulfillment

All orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days of being placed and during our normal fulfillment hours listed below. All times are listed in U.S. Central Time

We are also closed all major U.S. holidays.

Orders placed outside of our normal fulfillment hours, on weekends, or holidays will be fulfilled within 2 business days starting the following business day from the time the order was place. We reserve the right to stop fulfillment for a period of time for any reason. This includes, but not limited to, vacations, illness, trade shows, etc. If fulfillment is stopped, a message will be placed on our website to notify customers. We will make every effort to fulfill all orders in a timely manner and only stop fulfillment when absolutely necessary.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. We charge a flat rate $4.50 USD for shipping. This rate covers the shipping cost plus insurance in the event of a lost or damaged item during shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. All items will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at customerservice@teapcollecibles.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return label and refund. Please note that certain items may be excluded from our return policy, such as items that have been damaged. Refunds will be processed at the time of receipt by TEAP Collectibles. Items must be returned in the holders they were originally shipped in to be eligible for a refund. TEAP Collectibles will cover the return shipping cost (only applicable in the U.S) in the event you are not satisfied with your order.
